1 Acceptance of Terms

Access to and use of the ak4444 Platform is conditional upon your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your account if one has already been created.

These Terms apply to all areas of the ak4444 Platform, including the sportsbook, live casino, slot games, Fishing Disco, VIP Club, and any promotional or bonus programmes offered from time to time. Supplementary rules, bonus terms, and game-specific rules may apply and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. ak4444 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age within the timeframe specified by ak4444 will result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete. Any winnings generated by an underage player will be forfeited in full.

3 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one registered account on ak4444. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances contained therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You further agree to keep this information updated at all times. ak4444 may require document verification (Know Your Customer, "KYC") at any point, including but not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence);
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within 90 days);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (bKash account confirmation, Nagad registration screenshot, bank statement).

ak4444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where the information provided is found to be false, incomplete, or misleading. Balances on accounts closed for misrepresentation may be forfeited at ak4444's sole discretion.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ak4444 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

All transactions and activities conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, are your responsibility once your credentials have been used to log in. ak4444 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify ak4444 support immediately at [email protected]. ak4444 may temporarily freeze an account pending a security investigation. You agree to cooperate fully with any such investigation.

ak4444 will never contact you by email, phone, or any other channel to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from ak4444 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.

5 Deposits & Payment Methods

ak4444 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of individual payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion;
• All funds deposited must be from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited;
• Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your ak4444 wallet instantly upon confirmation from the MFS provider;

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your ak4444 account are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability. ak4444 reserves the right to request identity and payment method verification before processing any withdrawal.

Withdrawal conditions include:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500;
• Withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are typically processed within approximately 3 minutes of approval during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours;
• Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business days;
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted (see Section 7);
• ak4444 may impose a maximum withdrawal limit per transaction or per day, which will be communicated to the player at the time of the withdrawal request;
• ak4444 reserves the right to withhold or delay a withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification or an ongoing security review.

Repeated withdrawal requests that do not meet the verification requirements may result in temporary account restriction. ak4444 will communicate any such restriction to the player via the registered email address.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

ak4444 offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered. General bonus conditions applicable across all promotions are as follows:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players aged 18 and above only;

Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine play — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in bonus forfeiture and account closure.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on ak4444 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or game. These rules are accessible within the relevant section of the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• A bet is confirmed only when a unique bet reference number is generated and displayed to the player. Until that reference is issued, no bet has been accepted;
• In the event of a technical failure or interruption during a live bet or casino round, ak4444 will endeavour to reconstruct the game state from server logs. The outcome recorded in ak4444's server logs is final;
• Obvious pricing errors (e.g., a cricket match offered at manifestly incorrect odds due to a data feed error) will be voided. Any winnings derived from such an error will not be paid;
• ak4444 reserves the right to void, suspend, or restrict betting on any market at any time for operational, integrity, or regulatory reasons;
• Players who are suspected of engaging in match-fixing, arbitrage betting in a systematic manner designed to exploit the Platform, or any other form of sports fraud will have their accounts suspended pending investigation;
• The minimum and maximum stake limits applicable to each betting market are displayed within the Platform and may be adjusted at ak4444's discretion without prior notice.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ak4444 Platform. Violation of any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of account balances:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information;
• Using any automated tool, bot, script, or software to interact with the Platform;
• Attempting to gain unfair advantage through collusion with other players, exploitation of software vulnerabilities, or manipulation of random number generators;
• Money laundering, or depositing funds derived from unlawful activity;
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to disguise your true location or identity;
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening ak4444 staff or other players through any communication channel;
• Engaging in any conduct that in ak4444's reasonable opinion constitutes fraud, cheating, or a deliberate attempt to harm the Platform or other players.

ak4444 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and will disclose account information where required by applicable law or in response to a valid legal order.

10 Responsible Gaming
